Now we’ve reached forms.
Forms are a very important part of a website. For some sites they’re just for support, for others they’re the main call to action where leads are collected.
It’s important to set up your form the right way so you actually receive inquiries, and don’t miss them without even realizing it.
A form is made up of labels and fields.
Each label has text like “Name” and an input field where the user types.
When you select an input, you’ll see Type, Name, and Placeholder in the right panel.
Under Type, you can choose:
Text for short text input
Text Area for longer messages
Email
Number
URL for links
Date
Time
An input can also be a Select, where users choose from predefined options.
I won’t go deeper than this for now. If you have any ideas or want something specific, just message me and I’ll help you out.
